**This position is located at Love's corporate office in Oklahoma City.**

 

BASIC PURPOSE: The LMS Specialist will assist in the administration of the Learning Management System and other technology solutions to accomplish business needs and other special projects as needed. They will troubleshoot and provide critical support for all employees on the LMS and any learning and development technology issues.

 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Possess a strong technical foundation in working with various software applications, including how LMS are used and maintained.
  • Field questions and resolve systems or business-related training problems.
  • Assist with the day-to-day administration of the LMS and other technology solutions to meet business and talent department needs (i.e., Assignment profiles, loading training content, creating and printing certificates, curriculum and course catalog management, notifications and enrollment)
  • Troubleshoot issues for eLearning modules and test eLearning.
  • Test and ensure files are compliant and work in the LMS.
  • Coordinate administrative needs of L&D events in the LMS, Outlook and Operations Calendar.
  • Implement company training plans, programs, and micro-credentials.
  • Run reporting on an ad-hoc or scheduled basis for talent department and business needs.
  • Coordinate with the talent development team to understand learning needs, prioritize the implementation in the LMS system and ensure a seamless user experience that meets the business needs.
  • Assist in end user training for the LMS system and process.
  • Other technical and administrative duties as assigned.

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Education:
    • HS Diploma or equivalent required
    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Experience:
    • 2+ years experience with Learning Management Systems, preferably SuccessFactors LMS.

 

      SKILLS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Skills:
    • Hard skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Emphasis on reporting in Excel.
    • Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize while managing a continuous stream of work, ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, ability to analyze and solve problems independently, excellent organization skills with a keen attention to detail, and the ability to take a lead role in development and implementation of new systems
  • Typical Physical Demands:
    • Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping
    • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
    • Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
    • Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
    • Ability to walk for extended periods of time; includes climbing ladders & stairs
    • Ability to lift and move materials and equipment up to 50 pounds
    • Ability to adapt to changing environment (varied indoor/outdoor temperatures & activities)
    • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel, up to 30%, may be required

 

**This position is located at our corporate office in Oklahoma City. At this time, the role offers a hybrid work schedule after you complete 3-6 months with the company. The hybrid schedule is 3 days in-office and 2 days remote/work-from-home (this is subject to change based on business needs and requirements).
