Job Description
Role Overview:
Join our dynamic Inpatient Head & Neck Surgery Service as an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) and play a pivotal role in patient recovery and care. You'll be at the forefront of managing post-operative care, addressing complications, and performing independent consults alongside a collaborative team of expert surgeons and fellows. As part of a team of over 900 APPs at MSK, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients and their families, all while advancing your career in a supportive and innovative environment. Key Qualifications:
- Current New York State (NYS) RN and NP licenses/registrations
- Master's degree in nursing, prescriptive privileges (or eligibility)
- A Minimum of 2+ years of clinical RN with inpatient surgery experience preferred
- Related National NP certification
- BLS/ ACLS certification
OR
- Graduate from an accredited PA program
- A minimum of 0-1+ years of experience as an experienced PA in surgical oncology preferred
- NCCPA certification
- Active NYS license or be qualified for state licensure
- BLS/ACLS certification

- Proficient in implementing patient education and clinical support programs to ensure optimal care throughout the healthcare continuum.
Additional Information:
Location: 1275 York Ave NY, NY
Hours :12.5 hour shifts, 6a-6:30p weekend and holiday rotation is required
Pay Range: 144k-182k
