Leidos has an opening for an Intelligence Production Manager in Reston, Virginia. The primary focus of the group is reverse engineering Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) related underground and hardened facilities. Candidate must bring a creative, yet disciplined approach to forecasting, coordinating, and directing human and technical resource availability vis-à-vis expected assessment level of effort on an annual basis. The successful candidate will be exceptionally organized with great depth of recall. Candidate will work as a member of an interdisciplinary team of government and contractor personnel. Work will be performed in a fast-paced, high-energy environment within a government facility.
Role and Responsibility:
- Responsible for the forecasting and scheduling production of intelligence products, ensuring that they are completed on time and meet quality standards
- In coordination with the Lead Engineer, plan, schedule, and organize engineer production activities and manage the inputs of production
- Use exploitation products, intelligence resources, expertise, and knowledge of the characterization production process to produce accurate intelligence estimates
- Keep multiple stakeholders informed regarding production status and related issues
- Brief senior officials as required
Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess an active TS/SCI, or a Top Secret clearance with a current SSBI, and be eligible to obtain a TS/SCI w/ poly level clearance
- Requires BA/BS degree and 4+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2+ years of prior relevant experience
- Experience with project management or resource scheduling and forecasting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to successfully brief and interact with Senior Officials
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in geology, geographic information systems, engineering or related field
- Military or defense-related experience and an understanding of operational planning is a strong plus.
- Experience in the subterranean operation environment
- Experience in construction, geology, tunneling, targeting, weapons effects, geographic information systems or engineering

Pay Range:
Pay Range $72,150.00 - $130,425.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
