The National Security Sector at Leidos is seeking a qualified Mission Manager Senior Mentor who is looking for a challenge and interested in working in a team environment. This position is on a future contract. Candidates must be willing to work in the Augusta, GA area.
Primary Responsibilities
The Senior Mentor shall provide on-site and 24/7/365 real-time mentoring support, develop working aids, maintain currency records for JOIO operators, course curriculum, and training references; provide the government with advice for job qualification standards; maintain currency by supporting real-world missions; and instruct platform-training courses in the area of mission management.
Basic Qualifications
BA degree and 8 – 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 – 10 years of prior relevant experience.
Possess five years of operational or instructional experience within the last seven years related to real time sensitive collection or reporting in support of military operations.
Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) with Polygraph security clearance required.
Preferred Qualifications
NSA, SCE, or industry equivalent instructor certification.
Experience as an on-shift Mission Manager.
NSA or SCE collection or geolocation certifications.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
