Job Title: Manufacturing Roles for Veterans and Military Personnel
Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment and machinery to produce high-quality products.
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to minimize downtime and keep production running smoothly.
- Ensure production processes comply with all safety and quality regulations.
- Work with team members to identify process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain product quality.
- Monitor production lines, inspect products for quality, and ensure adherence to operational guidelines.
- Follow detailed work instructions and documentation standards to track production and maintain compliance.
- Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other departments to resolve technical issues and improve manufacturing processes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Train and mentor new employees, sharing technical knowledge and best practices gained from military or technical experience.
Qualifications:
- Military experience in technical or operational roles (e.g., engineering, mechanical, electrical, avionics, or maintenance fields).
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or a degree in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven ability to operate, troubleshoot, and maintain mechanical and electrical systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to address production issues.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to continuously learn new skills and technologies in the manufacturing field.
- Strong attention to detail, commitment to quality, and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with automated manufacturing systems, robotics, or industrial controls.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role is a plus.
- Knowledge of safety and quality management systems such as ISO.
