What You’ll Do:

Employee Relations: Be the go-to resource for all things people-related. Whether it’s conflict resolution, coaching, or providing guidance on policies, you’ll be there to support our team members through day-to-day challenges.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Lead our onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for new hires. When the time comes, facilitate offboarding to maintain a positive relationship with exiting employees.
HR Administration: Manage employee records, prepare HR reports, and ensure compliance with all legal and company-specific policies.
Talent Management: Help to develop and implement strategies for performance management, training, and development that help employees succeed in their roles and grow within the company.
Benefits & Compensation: Administer benefits programs, handle inquiries, and assist with payroll and compensation-related questions.
Culture & Engagement: Create and foster a work environment that values diversity, inclusion, and open communication. You’ll help coordinate team-building activities and employee recognition initiatives that align with our company’s values.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in an HR generalist role, with a hands-on understanding of HR functions across the employee lifecycle.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, compensation, benefits, and performance management.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other HR tools.
