The Equipment Service Coordinator is responsible for supply and equipment management, processing patient supply orders and accurate/timely data entry. Provides back-up support for the medical records coordinator when needed. Assists with the day-to-day operations of the office so that it can continue to meet its standard of quality. Understands the diverse and changing nature of the health care industry and therefore accepts new assignments and tasks from administrative personnel as needed and participates in office activities which become necessary as the company grows and changes.

Preferred:

- Proven experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in a healthcare setting.

- Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with diverse teams.

- A proactive approach with the ability to innovate and improve processes.

Education Required:

High School Diploma or GED is required

Physical Requirements

Must lift up to 50 pounds frequently to move objects.
