About the Role: We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Director of Human Resources to lead all HR functions across our growing global organization. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and alignment of HR strategies with our business goals. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company’s mission and growth objectives. Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning and organizational design.
Talent Acquisition & Retention: Oversee recruitment strategies and onboarding programs to attract, retain, and integrate top talent.
Performance Management & Development: Lead the performance evaluation process and design professional development initiatives to build leadership capabilities.
Compensation & Benefits: Manage the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with industry standards and employee needs.
Employee Relations & Culture: Drive initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion while fostering a collaborative and positive organizational culture.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws and mitigate potential HR risks.
Operational Excellence: Oversee the development of HR systems, processes, and tools to optimize HR functions and monitor HR metrics to evaluate program effectiveness.
About You:

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a director-level role. Experience in privately funded start-up environments is highly preferred.
Skills & Competencies: Proven ability to execute strategic HR plans, exceptional leadership and communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and experience with HR technologies and data-driven decision-making. Agility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment are essential.
