Onsite Data Entry Specialist - Military Veterans

Our client, a leading organization in document processing and data management, is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join their team. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input high volumes of data (15,000 KS/hour) from hardcopy documents into proprietary software.
- Validate and correct automated classifications, extracted data, and redactions for digital documents.
- Perform manual meta-data indexing for digital files and ensure quality control of document conversions.
- Review and process checks, ensuring proper payee information, valid dates, and signatures.
- Reconcile batch totals, distribute check amounts per client requirements, and handle exceptions.
- Conduct quality comparisons between hardcopy and digital documents to ensure compliance with customer standards.
- Maintain steady productivity and quality to meet deadlines and performance metrics.
- Collaborate effectively with coworkers, other departments, and management to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Adapt to changing processes and perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and focus.

Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of related data entry experience.
Skills:
- Familiarity with personal computers and proficiency in ten-key and keyboard data entry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Customer service mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
