Key Responsibilities:
Lead maintenance staff and coordinate daily operations
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural issues
Manage preventative maintenance programs and emergency repairs
Maintain compliance with safety regulations and housing standards

Proven maintenance experience in residential properties
