Position Specifics:
Department: Sales/Marketing
Reports to: Director of Remarketing
Supervises: None
Purpose:
Supports the Sales & Marketing Departments by coordinating and executing marketing initiatives including advertising, sales events, customer experience activities, and digital media.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates advertising and promotions for the dealership
- Adheres to the promotion budget for the entire organization or per location/department which may include managing vendor invoices and claims
- Orders and distributes promotional materials for the dealership (i.e. banners, trinkets, pamphlets, brand apparel etc.)
- Maintains information on current and prospective customers to ensure accurate records and provides to sales representatives
- Acts as a liaison with manufacturer's advertising and marketing communications
- Acts as a liaison for all media and advertising relationships and may support or create basic graphic designs
- Creates social media content and manages company website
- Plans and coordinates logistics, communications, and activities for sales events, customer experience events, meetings, or focus groups including the documentation of best practices
- Executes, measures, and reports the effectiveness (including cost/benefit and return on investment) of sales events
- Assists Human Resources with recruiting programs and events

- 2+ years of administrative experience
- Experience in marketing or advertising preferred
- Basic clerical expertise and knowledge of office procedures
- Proven ability to manage projects which would include multi-tasking, prioritizing, and successfully managing multiple events simultaneously
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to use a (CRM) Customer Relationship Management application
- Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
- Associate's degree in business, marketing, or graphic design preferred
