Our Service Supervisor is responsible for the following :
  • Directly supervises and trains service technicians and other employees as necessary.
  • Establishes, communicates, enforces, and oversees service department processes to ensure the satisfaction of both internal and external customers.
  • Monitors individual and overall Service department performance relative to labor sales and expense control, across the organization in line with the organizations objectives.
  • Facilitates the organizations Customer Satisfaction Program to enhance and maintain customer relationships and training relative to service support.
  • Account for all-time in-Service Delivery and for all material used in performing assigned duties
  • Complete all notes and DTAC cases required in conjunction with work assignments.
  • Follow up with customers according to company expectations.
  • Maintain current knowledge of John Deere and competitive products.
  • Maintain the condition of the golf shop, tools, and equipment.
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor, Service Manager, or Store Manager


  • Experience, Education, Skills, and Knowledge:
  • 2+ years of experience in leadership in a similar environment
  • Ability to lead and motivate others with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to write and speak effectively to individuals and groups.
  • Familiar with John Deere and competitive products.
  • Valid drivers license is required.
  • Basic understanding of financial principles relative to Service department operations
  • Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems used in the repair of our equipment.
