Our Senior Payroll System Analyst assists with preparing and processing accurate, compliant, and timely payrolls while working closely with the Payroll System Supervisor, HR, and Tax departments.

Responsibilities
You Will be responsible for...
- Provide systems support/analysis while leveraging technology solutions to solve issues
- Support the optimal function of the HRIS (Ultimate Kronos Group/UKG), which may include system customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, systems, and modules
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users
- Generate payroll reports, including writing, maintaining, and supporting a variety of reports utilizing appropriate reporting tools
- Supports payroll files in the UKG System
- Design and maintain interfaces with third-party administrators
- Serve as a support representative between HR, Information Services (IS), external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS design and implementation projects
- Maintain and execute key priorities using a project list
- Collaborate with the Customer Service Support team to convey the group's requirements

Qualifications
The Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- 4-7 years of progressive payroll, information systems, human resources systems or related experience
- 4-7 years experience with HRIS/HCM, such as (Ultimate Kronos Group/UKG
- Time and Attendance system experience a plus
- Experience working in a company with a multi-state and distributed employee base
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with all levels of the organization
- Proven ability with systems, programs, and software with excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products, especially Excel
- Strong writing skills for generating clear, concise release notes and documentation
- Excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge of interpreting documents such as Federal Regulations, State Regulations, Tax Regulations, and Company procedures
