Position Specific Description
Are you passionate about making a difference and shaping the future of clean energy initiatives? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Creative Strategist on our innovative digital public affairs team.
As a Creative Strategist, you'll orchestrate direct response and persuasion messaging for concurrent digital projects. Project message development includes conducting opinion research, message planning and creative execution. You will develop copy and coordinate with agency partners.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead creative strategy for digital public affairs campaigns that target and communicate with key audiences.
• Manage message planning calendars and creative production, including social, email and paid media across concurrent projects.
• Coordinate public opinion research and analysis of key issues, the digital landscape and local audiences to inform creative development.
• Create media briefs that plan out project-specific objectives, messaging and audience targeting for digital advertising campaigns.
• Own copywriting and creative responsibilities for social media as well as branding and direct response advertising.
• Collaborate with Visual Content Producers to collect video and photography assets to enhance our digital storytelling. Contributions may include shot lists and script development.
• Manage graphic design needs by working with in-house creative design team and via Adobe Creative Cloud on a limited basis.
• Function within a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
• Completes additional projects as assigned by supervisor.
Job Overview
This job requires employees in this role to actively support multiple social media accounts and create brand and advocacy content for distribution across digital channels. They must utilize their excellent communication skills and extensive knowledge of digital platforms to effectively engage with the public and represent the business and its subsidiaries online. In addition, they are responsible for utilizing news and brand monitoring tools such as Sprinklr or native tools to monitor public-facing conversations and feedback. This role aims to ensure that the company and its subsidiaries maintain a positive and engaging online presence that results in positive business outcomes while building and nurturing relationships with its online community.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Use social listening tools (Sprinklr) to monitor conversations and engagements and respond to customer inquiries and comments to correct misinformation or answer questions
- Create digital content for various platforms and ensures that the content aligns with the project or brand's overall messaging and objectives
- Analyze digital metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and use data to make informed decisions about future content and engagement strategies while developing frequent (weekly/monthly) reports for leaders
- Administer, govern, and support company-wide publishing and listening tool (Sprinklr) and, as necessary, social media platforms
- Maintains messaging library working cross-functionally to identify answers to questions originating from listening channels
- Provide ongoing project management of assigned projects to achieve goals and objectives
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned

- Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
