Advanced Test Engineer - Production Support - Military Veterans

As an Advanced Test Engineer here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for conducting advanced testing and measurements related to antenna technology at our Antenna Center of Excellence located in Norcross, GA.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of our antenna products through rigorous testing and thoughtfulness. Your expertise in antenna theory and measurements will be instrumental in driving innovation
and excellence in our antenna technology. You will report directly to our Test Engineering Manager and work out of our Norcross, GA location.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the development and improvement of our antenna products. You will work with cross-functional teams to design and execute test plans, analyze test data, and provide recommendations for product enhancements. Your work will contribute to the continuous improvement of our antenna technology, ensuring that our products meet and exceed customer expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct advanced testing and measurements related to antenna technology
Design and execute test plans to evaluate antenna performance and characteristics
Analyze test data and provide recommendations for product enhancements
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and performance of antenna
products
Facilitate production activities and work with production teams
Experience with software LabVIEW preferred

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
Strong knowledge of antenna theory and measurement techniques
Experience in conducting advanced testing and measurements related to antenna
technology
Experience assisting production activities

- Must be able to obtain a security clearance

- 5 years of related experience

WE VALUE

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Master's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Experience with antenna design and simulation tools
Knowledge of RF and microwave engineering ethics
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to antenna performance and
testing
Experience with software LabVIEW
