Job Summary and Qualifications

Position is responsible for all aspects of the Accounting Department. Specific duties include maintenance and oversight of the General Ledger, managing the month end close process, supervising accounting staff, ensuring compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and preparation of the hospital’s annual operating budget. Position is also responsible for other duties as assigned.

Position reports directly to the CFO.

What qualifications you will need:

• Bachelor's Degree  in Accounting with a Masters Degree preferred
• CPA preferred
• Five years minimum health care accounting experience with supervisory experience preferred.

Belton Regional Medical Center is an 80+ bed acute care facility. We are located in Belton and serve southern Jackson and northern Cass counties.
