About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Installation Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing installation schedules, coordinating resources, and providing exceptional support to both clients and team members. This position requires strong multitasking abilities and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and prioritize installation schedules for installers.
- Utilize the TeleMar system to schedule and confirm installation appointments daily.
- Maintain accurate records of installation completion sheets and other related documentation.
- Order necessary equipment for jobs and ensure timely delivery.
- Perform administrative and clerical duties such as payroll liaison tasks, processing invoices and receivables, and managing fleet, cellular phone, and pager programs.
- Assist Sales Managers and Representatives in preparing proposals, contracts, reports, and other documentation.
- Communicate policy updates and changes via memos or newsletters.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications:

- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and systems.

Additional Details:

- This position offers a competitive hourly rate of up to $22.
- The initial assignment is for a 3-month contract, with the possibility of extension.
