Requisition Number: Staff_13645 Business Unit: College of Medicine Department: Int Med Geriatrics/Palliative Med 50000588 Reg-Temp: Part-Time Temporary Position Summary: PART - TIME ; TEMPORARY UNMC's Engage Wellness Medical Fitness Center provides whole-person wellness opportunities for adults to promote optimal aging. This Outreach Associate will play a crucial role in increasing the program's visibility, engagement, and impact. This is a non-medical position supporting a medically based, adult fitness and wellness center. Key responsibilities for this position include: 1. Community Engagement: Enhance outreach efforts by developing relationships with medical providers, community partners, stakeholders, and target audiences via in-person and online presentations, tours, health fairs, etc. 2. Event Promotion: Coordinate promotion and outreach for events, workshops, and fundraisers to maximize participation and engagement. Attend these events as required by the program manager. 3. Brand management: Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all platforms and communications materials. 4. Analytics and Reporting: Work with the Engage Wellness program manager to monitor key metrics and prepare reports to assess effectiveness of current and future strategies. Salary Range: $19.000 - $25.000/hourly
