Job Description: Under direction, performs routine building maintenance duties as required to clean, maintain, and keep functional all areas in buildings and adjacent areas. Follows prescribed written or oral procedures in performance of duties. Performs general maintenance duties as directed. Two years proven successful experience in maintenance work or in the building trade industry** is required. Must have knowledge of general maintenance. Valid driver's license is required. **Prior work experience with maintenance duties including electrical, plumbing, HVAC or construction background.
