At Spectrum, we ensure the delivery of our internet services to more than 32 million customers nationwide. As a Fleet Specialist, you will be responsible for providing the Fleet Department with analytical and reporting support of the management of our company vehicles. This includes tracking inventory, overseeing vehicle maintenance, maintaining vendor relationships, and recording titles as well as fuel expenses. You will be help to protect and support Spectrum as a company and its employees.

As you negotiate the pricing and purchase of safety equipment, tools, and vehicles, you will also be ensuring that our assets are protected and our resources are being used wisely. You will be acting as a corporate liaison for the fleet management team. Your expertise will be a valuable part to the success of our growing network.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Fleet administration experience of at least four years, buying experience of at least two years, and vehicle title processing experience of at least one year
- Education: Associate’s degree in Business or in a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of cable television services and products, able to show judgement and initiative to accomplish job duties, able to negotiate with vendors on price, quality, and delivery
- Abilities: Able to use a personal computer and relevant software applications, able to work with others and resolve problems and handle requests, able to make decisions under pressure
- Skills: Able to handle multiple projects and tasks at once, prioritize and organize effectively, maintain confidentiality of information, and able to communicate clearly and concisely
- Schedule: Hours are dictated by business needs, including on-call on the weekend

The base pay for this position generally is between $55,000.00 and $105,400.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
