What You’ll Do as a Project Manager:
• Lead Projects: Oversee the full lifecycle of multiple projects, ensuring successful outcomes from start to finish.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with internal teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Own Project Execution: Develop detailed timelines, monitor progress, and ensure projects stay on track, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Manage Risks: Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and communicate key updates to stakeholders.
• Drive Performance: Set clear goals, allocate resources effectively, and document lessons learned to improve future projects.
What Makes You the Ideal Candidate?
• Experience Requirement: 3 to 5 years of project management experience is required. Candidates with more than 5 years of experience will not be considered for this role.
• Relevant Experience: Proven expertise in construction management commissioning HVAC, electrical, or industrial systems (required).
• Strong Communication: Exceptional organizational and communication skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required.
• Proven Project Management Success: Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality results and drive project success.
