As a Sr IT Analyst - SAP Projects Systems here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in the implementation and support of SAP Projects Systems module. You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing and configuring SAP PS solutions, and providing ongoing support and maintenance. Your expertise in SAP Projects Systems will contribute to the successful execution of projects and ensure alignment with business objectives.
You will report directly to our IT Manager and you'll work out of one Honeywell's locations in Phoenix, AZ (preferred), Houston, TX or Charlotte, NC on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our project management processes by leveraging your SAP Projects Systems knowledge. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be essential in troubleshooting issues and providing timely resolutions.
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES

Identify/resolve process gaps
Document new processes
Support user adoption plans
Process and deployment reviews
Assist withtest strategy

Assist leaders to manage change

YOU MUST HAVE
Overall, 5+ years plus ofSAPexperience in international corporations or similar industries to Honeywell of which about 3 - 5 years or more in managing customer facing revenue generating project scenarios using Project System in integration with FICO, SD, MM, MFG, HCM etc.

Experience in development and testing of interfaces to integrate third-partyapplicationswithSAP PS, e.g., interfaces to Accolade, Team Center, Concur, PeopleSoft, externalProject management toolslike Cora PPM /Planview/Ecosys, external estimating (CPQ) tools likeSAPCallidus, etc.
Bachelors degree ininformation technology,Computer Science, Business/MIS, orSoftware Engineering
Experience in Earn Value Management usingDassian, GPD (Global Pegging & Distribution) is an added advantage.
Having experience in Aerospace Industry and working with ITAR related data is beneficial.
SAP R/3PS, S/4 HANA EPPMbusiness processconfiguration knowledge acquired throughtraining/certification bySAPs Partner Academy or equivalent agency. Knowledge ofSAP Fioriwill be an added advantage as also the knowledge of country-specificSAPversions.
