Job Description
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assign, monitor and review progress, quality, and accuracy of work, direct efforts and provide technical guidance on more complex issues. Provide input into performance reviews and train new team members.
- Troubleshoot and correct a variety of issues. Monitor machine performance to optimize process and resolve problems. Provide expertise and support on complex issues.
- Assist in root cause analysis, identify and support opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Ensure high productivity and reduce production down times.
- Update management on issues or problems that impact achieving individual and/or team goals and offer suggestions for resolution.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 years' experience in a Manufacturing or Production environment
- Read and write in English
- Basic use of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
- Prior experience training, leading or managing employees

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$19.75 - $27.75 Hourly
The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
