ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Academic Document Processing
- Processes documents and enters data related to program admissions and enrollment. Follows Federal and State regulations and College practices and guidelines, to ensure institutional compliance. Certifies student eligibility based on health records, background checks, and other pre-requisites determined by each academic discipline.
- Calculates and correlates student admissions documentation for selective admissions programs based on faculty and accreditation standards.
- Completes enrollment processes for students who are selected for healthcare-related program admission.
Clerical & Operational Support
- Maintains records for grant-related reporting and assessment, as well as confidentiality of student records and other sensitive information.
- Coordinates schedules and events for the Healthcare Strategy team. Provides support to the Manager and Project Manager(s) by attending meetings as needed to take minutes, record notes, and arrange technology.
- Assists the Healthcare Strategy team by learning and handling Workday functions related to budget processing, travel processing, and other similar tasks.
Customer Service
- Communicates with students and faculty regarding admissions, enrollment, and resources. Builds and fosters relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, such as Student Services, Academic Affairs, and other areas of the College.
