We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.
Military service members and veterans with ranks from E5-E9, W1-CW5, or O3-O6, plus appropriate equivalent combination of education and years of experience as outlined below will be considered for this opportunity.

Job Summary
This position is within the Energy Storage, Reliability and Resiliency team of Business Development, which is focused on dispatchable generation (energy storage, natural gas and other emerging technologies).
Participate in and support the acquisition/partnership and development of energy infrastructure projects. Lead certain project sub-tasks with full responsibility and accountability by coordinating necessary internal and external resources, as needed, to manage and deliver results. Provide analytical and coordination support for the siting, evaluation, analysis, and due diligence activities of new generation projects. Support negotiations of key contracts and agreements and a smooth transition to construction and operation. Provide support in regulatory filings. Perform analyses of highly complex issues and assist in recommendations on certain opportunities. A moderate to high level of originality and innovation is required. Participate with director or manager on executive presentations and interaction with government agencies. Support Business Development team with other duties as requested.
Individual would receive foundational knowledge and experience for advancement to the Business Development Manager level.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
The knowledge, skills, abilities and experiences that are required for entry into this job include the following:
5+ years knowledge of the energy business and markets, generally acquired through related work experience. Demonstrated leadership experience with complex analysis, negotiations, and project management skills. Previous project development, siting, diligence, permitting is a plus. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong computer skills.
