The Client Account Manager delivers excellent service to a designated set of priority clients across specific vertical sectors. They will have oversight of the client's commercial activities within the company, including 360 partnership campaigns, and is responsible for overseeing activations from pitch to completion.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Ensure all advertiser requests are met in a timely and clear manner
- Analyse incoming advertiser briefs and strategise the most effective response together with other stakeholders.
à Brief-dependant: minimal response is providing a topline budget feasibility, maximum is working on a media plan, collaborating with relevant teams (creative strategy, project management, production etc) - Plan (integrated & digital) media & partnership proposals, determining appropriate deliverables matching the agreed creative strategy, allocating budgets, working out KPI goals to meet most attractive offer for clients/agencies & Hearst's commercial business targets
- Build understanding of past campaign performance to inform recommendations for new proposals
- Supporting on chasing IOs, ensuring these are accurate & reflect the media plan as required
- Ensure expected campaign delivery through regular reporting and communication on performance with key internal and external contacts
- Support on Post-Campaign Analysis, influencing the campaign narrative and providing provocation for future advertiser spend
- Day to day tasks include: keep track of media planners for digital display takeovers & newsletter activity for individual pitches, check inventory across all proposed elements on media plan with various internal stakeholders
