Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Director to join our team! In this role you will get to manage a large-scale SCADA project from planning to handing over.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Set-up the project management plan
• Plan and manage the execution of the work and establish the baseline schedule
• Report to clients and represent Parsons in front of the client (answer queries, sign letters, negotiate contract, manage the contract, make presentations, advise as required, ...)
• Report to senior management on revenue and profitability of the project
• Drive efficiency of the delivery
• Set-up a change management plan, identify changes, manage VO request and claims, and negotiate settlement with client
• Manage the issuance and payment of the invoice
• Ensure adherence with all Parsons's procedures such as QA/QC
• Review and negotiate new contracts with subconsultants and contractors
• Manage sub-consultants and contractors
• Direct the project team on the work to be performed

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Experience with large scale project design and construction
• Experience with SCADA systems design and construction
• An interest for latest SCADA technology
• Design and Construction experience in Europe, North America or Australia
• Experience with water projects
• BS in Engineering or equivalent
• Professional registration such as Professional Engineer in the USA, P. Eng in Canada, Chartered Engineer, or equivalent
• 20+ years of relevant experience

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Experience in Middle East an asset
• Experience in building for SCADA design and construction
• Experience in Recycle Water Network design and construction
