Compensation range: $27-$32 per hour
About Us:
We are working with our client who prefers someone who has experience with client communication and has Paralegal Certification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, proofread, and manage legal documents and correspondence
- Manage a caseload from intake to trial
- Explain case flow to clients
- Conduct phone interviews with potential clients
- Subpoena records
- Experienced with eservice and efiling
- Coordinate with deposition coordinator
- Case Prep for Trial Setting Conference/Case Management Conference
Qualifications:
- Bilingual English/Spanish Required
- Previous experience as a Paralegal
- Paralegal Certificate preferred or Bachelor's Degree
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, WordPerfect, Excel, Adobe
