POSITION DESCRIPTION
The main duties include, but are not limited to:
- Be a reliable, effective point of contact for initiating and tracking multiple (dozens) of recruiting searches simultaneously,
- Manage the recruiting process of each job search using L&A tools, including our Applicant Tracking System and associated excel spreadsheets,
- Coordinate interviews, document processing, and reference checks with candidates,
- Collaborate daily with L&A's Senior Recruiter, HR Staff, and Management,
- Reliably communicate with our recruiting partners by ensuring they are aware of the status of their submitted candidates at all times,
- Conducting online searches through LinkedIn, and other recruiting resources used by L&A,
- Cross referencing experience and education to ensure that candidates meet minimum job requirements,
- Refine and develop current internal tools used by L&A such as the skills database,
- Work with all staff to ensure that resumes are kept up-to-date at least every 6 months,
- Drafting and updating Position Descriptions,
- Provide detailed documentation on candidate information,
- Administrative duties as requested.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree is preferred,
- Related experience can be substituted in lieu of education.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience sourcing and recruiting for multiple positions across a range of disciplines simultaneously,
- Experienced and highly proficient using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and related software (e.g., Adobe Pro),
- Experience using Applicant Tracking System(s),
- Reliable, hardworking team player with a "can-do, will-do" attitude,
- Strong ability to manage simultaneous workflows with different lines of reporting,
- Enthusiasm for joining and growing team and willingness and ability to help evolve our tools and systems,
- A strong ability to organize your own work independently and demonstrated capacity to be held accountable to your own workflow,
- Ability to multitask across many projects while working independently and on a team,
- Ability to work within a geographically-dispersed team,
- Ability to work in a diverse work environment,
- Satisfactory results of a pre-employment screening, which includes a background check and drug screening,
- Ability to fulfill and promote L&A core values,
- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience recruiting for DOE sites and programs.
LOCATION
This will be predominantly a remote, work-from-home position with the possibility of occasional travel for internal meetings and/or repeated short stays (a few days per month) at any of our offices in TN, SC, NM, WA. A laptop will be provided.
