Scope
Upon joining the StreamLabs team as a Commercial Operations and Support Coordinator, you become part of an organization that believes in service excellence. You be part of an exciting, high paced team frequently communicating with customers to walk them through our processes as well as serving as the focal point of communication between customer and other service providers. You will be using various methods of communications phone, email, and text messaging to get in contact with business referrals. You will be trained on the systems we use, general insurance knowledge, general plumbing knowledge and coached through proper verbal communications.
Responsibilities
- Work with team leaders, managers, sales personnel, and department heads to ensure timely and successful delivery and installation of products and services to commercial customers
- Work with and manage communication with all involved parties to ensure timely and successful installation of products and services.
- Proactively identify and resolve any problems in the scheduling process
- Engage and provide feedback to in-house and 3 rd party installers to ensure relevant information (facility, products, special considerations) are understood ahead of installation to degree possible
- Observe, review and analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made across entire customer value stream from initial engagement to post-installation support.
- Facilitate feedback and communication from customers, employees, and third-party resources to management and executive teams
- Serve as escalation key point of contact for technical issues that arise during or post-installation and coordinate with partners on hardware/software fixes
- Provide feedback to develop and document training and FAQs to enable future call center support of commercial systems in the field
- Ensure that all activities conform to local, federal, industry and company standards
Qualifications
- Experience in IT/IoT technology to include sensors, systems, communications networks, and cloud-based applications and data systems
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues
- Strong and effective communication skills, to include speaking, writing and active listening
- Able to give and receive feedback and constructive criticism from a variety of channels
- Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
- Associate degree preferred with direct experience in similar role or equivalent experience required
