What You’ll Do
- Hunt & Close New Business: Conduct field visits, calls, social media outreach, and enterprise-level email campaigns to uncover new leads, secure appointments, and convert them into loyal customers.
- Champion “Why Frontier”: Confidently communicate value propositions, overcome objections, and highlight the key features and benefits of our offerings.
- Consultative Selling: Use your business acumen to uncover client challenges and map them to our solutions—Enterprise Voice Solutions, Managed Dedicated Internet Access, VoIP, EVPL, ELAN, Managed Security, and Managed Wireless LAN.
- Strategic Relationship Building: Develop executive-level relationships, expanding your portfolio, and generating revenue through trust, credibility, and proven results.
- Collaborate for Client Success: Partner with pre- and post-sales support teams to create seamless customer experiences that strengthen relationships and boost revenue.
What You’ll Bring
- Hunter Mentality: You thrive on prospecting, networking, and taking initiative to find that next deal.
- Enterprise Sales Expertise: 2–5 years of solution-selling in large-scale companies—telecom and wireline experience is a must.
- Proven Track Record: You’ve consistently hit or surpassed your sales goals, building a reputation for closing tough deals.
- Education & Credentials: Bachelor’s degree preferred, valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
- Enthusiasm and Resilience: You’re motivated by big targets, ready to tackle challenges, and flexible enough to pivot as you discover new opportunities.
