Fortified Security Solutions is expanding and seeking a self-motivated, results-driven Lead Low Voltage Cable Technician who will be responsible for the installation, programming and service of video surveillance systems, card access systems, security alarms, and automatic gates for various types of businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform point-to-point troubleshooting on security cameras, keyless access, intercom equipment, low voltage cabling and gate systems.
- Performs regular preventative maintenance to include physical inspection and repair of all faulty devices.

- Ability to read floor plans
Qualifications:
- Remote Work Experience: Comfortable with working remotely and managing tasks independently.
- Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational, analytical, and detail-oriented abilities.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Technical Skills: Solid understanding of TCP/IP basics, basic networking concepts, and basic electrical fundamentals.

- Certifications: Ability to pass background checks, motor vehicle records and drug screening.
· System Familiarity: Two years of experience with systems such as Galaxy, Avigilon, Milestone, or others.
