The Regulatory Reporting Technology Developer is responsible for maintaining and updating configurations across the regulatory reporting applications to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. The Developer should have in depth understanding of Adenza/Axiom (ControllerView), analytics and data tools such as PowerBI, Alteryx and Snowflake. This role involves hands-on implementation of system changes, troubleshooting and resolving configuration issues. The developer will work with a team to document and validate requirements and build and test solutions identified. The position ensures that the regulatory reporting application meets both business and regulatory requirements. This Developer should bring a solution-oriented mindset, find creative solutions to challenges, foster collaboration by sharing knowledge with the broader Regulatory Reporting Team, and have a strong foundation of technology best practices.

Job Description:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and update system configurations (including applying release updates) within the regulatory reporting application (Axiom/Adenza) to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with regulatory requirements.

Assist in the summarization and communication of issues identified by the regulatory reporting team, provide clear and concise reports to stakeholders and management, and communicate with regulatory reporting team members, senior management, and relevant department heads to present findings and propose solutions.

Identify, diagnose, and resolve configuration-related issues within the application, working closely with IT support and vendors as necessary.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for application configurations, including change logs, setup procedures, and user guides.

Work with the regulatory reporting team, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, understand configuration needs, and ensure system changes meet business and regulatory requirements.

Performs special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required.

Consistently adheres to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job as listed and complete required compliance trainings.  Accountable to maintain compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Required Qualifications:

Education level required: College, Vocational or Associates Degree (2 years or equivalent) in Finance, Computer Science, or related.

Minimum experience required: 5+ Years of direct experience managing system configurations, implementing system changes, and troubleshooting application issues.

Minimum 3+ years of previous experience in regulatory reporting or related fields.

Direct experience with development, configuration and maintenance of Axiom XL.

Preferred Qualifications:

Education level preferred: Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) in Finance, Computer Science, or related.

Direct experience with development, configuration and maintenance of PowerBI, Alteryx and/or Snowflake.

Experience in regulatory reporting systems, financial services, or similar environments.

Experience managing SaaS and PaaS systems.

Agile Development Methodologies.

Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps.

Job Competencies:

Proficient in configuring and maintaining regulatory reporting applications, including system settings and user configurations.

Strong technical skills in understanding and managing application architecture, databases, and integration points.

Competent in creating and maintaining detailed documentation for application configurations, change logs, and user guides

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effectively summarizing and presenting findings and interacting with stakeholders at various levels.

Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines and adapt to changing regulatory environments.

Experience in managing projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely and successful completion of initiatives.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and compliance, to achieve common goals.

Travel Requirements <10%.
