Requisition Number: Staff_13642 Business Unit: Business & Finance Department: FMP-Utilities 50000772 Reg-Temp: Full-Time Regular Additional Information: Additional Information Position Summary: POSTING FOR UNMC EMPLOYEES ONLY Perform skilled maintenance on utility mechanical equipment, structures, and systems. including inspection, testing, monitoring, maintenance, repair, non-code welding, cutting, brazing, adjustment, and alignment of plant and distribution equipment such as piping, valves, boilers, boiler auxiliaries, emergency generators, generator auxiliaries, refrigeration and heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment, insulation, refractory, painting and protective coatings, and rigging. Performs station machine work by use of machine shop and portable field machining equipment such as lathes, milling machines, keyway cutters, flange facers, and other equipment. Operate overhead and mobile lifting equipment Salary Range: $25.865 - $41.394/hourly
