The Role:

This role reports to Sr EHS Manager, Korea and is responsible for implementing and continuously improving EHS programs to fully comply with all applicable laws & regulations and Entegris Corporate EHS requirements . This individual will function as part of Ose o ng site EHS team to work collaboratively with Entegris corporate EHS to ensure EHS compliance, identify , prevent and resolve potential EHS issues . At time , this position will be working with other plant stakeholders for project implementation. Besides, he /she will need to work with other Korea EHS team .

This position is located at Oseong Plant

In this role you will:

• Th is role covers Oseong manufacturing site .
  

• Assists different departments on daily Safety & health -related issues, proposes preventative measures, participates in making the equipment and facilities compliant by being associated with the projects as much as possible .
  

• Maintain compliance with national and local environmental, health and safety regulations.
  

• Assist in the implementation and validation of Entegris Corporate EHS requirements .
  

• Proactively drive continuous improvement in EHS performance and programs.
  

• Drive improvements in organizational EHS culture, awareness, and accountability.
  

• Participate in incident / accident investigations and support to develop corrective and preventative action plans.
  

• Organize site employee EHS training, provide data for EHS audits, and maintain EHS records.
  

• Apply and renew EHS import/sales permits & licenses to ensure continuous license to operation and file the needed statutory report, such as annual reports, according to corresponding regulations .
  

• Provide analysis of EHS data within area of responsibility . Report on progress on implementation of annual objectives and key performance indicators ( KPIs) as required .
  

• Industrial Safety Engineer Certificate( 산업안전기사 , 산업안전산업기사 ) or Industrial Health Engineer Certificate( 산업보건기사 자격증 ) preferred
  

• 3 + years' experience working on EHS compliance and/or programs in multinational companies .
  

• Bachelor's d egree on Safety, Environmental, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Chemical Engineering, or related technical discipline .
  

• Compliance experience with EHS regulations
  

• Knowledge of Chemical Control Act, GHS requirements, toxic chemical control act, etc .
  

• ISO 14001/45001 or RBA experience are preferred .
  

• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Offic e.
  

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
