What will you be doing:
The Financial Analyst is responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of reporting systems for business operations and internal management. This individual contributor role functions as an internal consultant to the management of the department that includes all business line. This position provides support by producing accurate and timely reports, account reconciliations, and completing journal entries for Cedars-Sinai Medical Care Foundation.
- Responsible for monthly Financial Excel Templates, PowerPoint Presentation, and supplemental worksheets.
- Reviews various key reports to develop standardized reports for management.
- Prepares forecasts based on current reimbursement trends and information gathered from external sources.
- Develops greater reporting capabilities in conjunction with other co-workers and managers.
- Creates monthly report packages to distribute to the various business operations.
- Assists in the preparation of the annual budget emphasizing the impact.
Qualifications
Experience Requirements:
Three (3) plus years of experience gathering, analyzing, and interpreting complex financial data to prepare reports for management and stakeholders.
Two (2) plus years of experience developing financial models to provide insight into financial performance trends, analyzing variances between actual and budgeted results.

Education Requirements:
Bachelor???s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Management, or related field of study.??
