One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, an affiliate of Authority Brands Inc., is the premier heating and cooling specialist in the Las Vegas area. We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Customer Service Representative who will focus on customer satisfaction while taking inbound calls, making outbound calls, and dispatching service calls to ensure maximum scheduling efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to current customers to schedule their yearly maintenance.
• Take inbound calls.
• Make every effort to compress call scheduling effectively to maximize productivity and revenue.
• Share responsibility to ensure that all Technicians arrive at their designated appointments on time.
• Notify clients ahead of time without fail if the Technician is not going to arrive at their home within the scheduled time window.
• Reschedule appointment times at clients convenience as necessary.
• Communicate with team members to arrange efficient delivery of parts to Technicians in the field so that they can stay on the job.
• Strictly adhere to the Dispatching for Profits Priority Service Schedule.
• Debrief with Technicians upon job completion to identify any outstanding client satisfaction issues.
• Notify the Operations Manager if a Technician is not performing at maximum acceptable performance standards.
• Enter equipment type and age information for systems to keep accurate client data and aide in generating future sales leads.
• Obey the Company Code of Ethics, Team Rules and Team Philosophy.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Must have good computer software skills.
• Excellent verbal and telephone communication skills.
