Warehouse Assistant - Military Veterans

Job Overview

As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play a key role in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our warehouse operations. From managing inventory and fulfilling orders to assisting with shipping and general upkeep, you’ll be an essential part of ensuring our customers receive top-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders from stock and verify inventory information for accuracy.
  
  
• Conduct inventory cycle audits in line with documented procedures.
  
  
• Sort and organize materials on racks, shelves, or bins per company policies.
  
  
• Assist the shipping department with packaging to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
  
  
• Maintain general warehouse cleanliness and organization.
  
  
• Operate various lift trucks (manual and motorized).
  
  
• Use computers to update stock lines and inventory systems.
  
  
• Rotate into packaging and shipping as needed to support daily operations.
  
  
• Perform additional duties as directed by the Warehouse Manager.
  
  

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
  
  
• Ability to work in a non-air-conditioned warehouse environment.
  
  
• Capability to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
  
  
• Strong finger-to-thumb motor skills.
  
  
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
  
  
• Good vision and hearing, with or without corrective aids.
  
  
• Experience operating lift trucks is required.
  
  
• Airframe and Power Plant (A&P) licensing is a plus but not required.
