FBA Inventory Coordinator - Military Veterans

This FBA Inventory Coordinator Position Features:

Knowledge of E-Commerce and Amazon FBA.
Need able to operate electric stand up forklift or willing to get certified.


We are currently looking for candidates for the following positions, warehouse Inbound, Outbound and Cycle count associates.

Warehouse inbound/outbound:
Responsible for warehouse tasks in receiving and shipping, inventory, unloading trucks, and/or order processing.
Receives, counts and records shipment data into the system. Matches packing list information to actual packed merchandise. Prepares packages/merchandise for storage. Record receiving/shipping data using computer.
Pack, unpack, and mark stock items, using identification tag, stamp, or electronic marking tool or other labeling equipment.
Identify incorrect/short shipped items and immediately notify supervisor.
Verify computations against physical count of stock. Examine and inspect stock items for wear and defects.
Maintains condition of work area (i.e. free of trash, product in correct location, etc.).
Follows company safety policies and procedures and encourages other associates to do the same.
Under general supervision, exercises some judgment in accordance with well-defined policies, procedures, and techniques.
Work typically involves regular review of output by a senior coworker or supervisor.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds in a physical environment. Ability to stand for periods of time up to and exceeding 60 minutes. Ability to make repetitive movements, such as using a 10-key or calculator, bending, or squatting.

• Ability to understand written material and basic math skills
• Interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work with others in a group, cooperate with others, offer to help when needed, and foster a team climate within the group where members are committed to a common goal.

Warehouse Cycle Count:
Help maintain a high level of inventory accuracy through daily cycle counts, tracking of inventory movements, assisting in enforcing inventory process compliance, and performing inventory audits as needed. The ideal candidate is detail oriented and is able to maintain a high level of accuracy after extensive cycle counting and data entry. The position will also assist in a variety of warehouse projects and will also occasionally assist in receiving and picking functions.
Performs cycle counts of all inventory types on systematic inventory control transactions in the ERP (i.e. stock adjustments, status adjustments, stock transfers, kit assembly and disassembly, etc.)
Assist in warehouse projects related to inventory, materials management, 2nd quality stock, etc.
Researches and resolves stock discrepancy issues and performs the appropriate systematic corrections to reconcile physical to systematic inventory accuracy.
Conduct targeted inventory audits to ensure accuracy and resolve out-of-stock issues
Communicate with internal departments to provide information and answer questions related to inventory levels and statuses
