Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

The Production Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day, hands-on operation of automated blow molding equipment, training associates in various production areas, and assisting the maintenance department to ensure equipment is repaired and maintained in a timely and effective manner.

You Will
  • Ensure safety devices on equipment are in place and functioning properly.
  • Relieve process technicians during breaks and lunch.
  • Monitor and assist with process adjustments, recording changes in SPC and machine logs.
  • Provide hands-on blow molding training.
  • Make adjustments and repairs on machinery as needed.
  • Collaborate with Process Improvement teams to resolve quality issues.

You Have
  • Strong team orientation and leadership skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with associates.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience in plastics or a similar technical field.
  • Flexibility to work overtime based on production needs.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly.
