Shift Information: 1st Shift, 40 hours per week, OT offered occasionally as needed (0-5 hours per week)

We are seeking an Inventory Analyst to join our team in Dubuque, IA. The successful candidate will be responsible for printing inventory cycle counts, working closely with wage inventory counters, entering results into SAP, conducting root cause analysis, and closing counts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Print and manage inventory cycle counts.
• Collaborate with wage inventory counters.
• Enter results and manage data in SAP.
• Conduct root cause analysis and finalize counts.
• Utilize Excel and PowerPoint for various tasks.
• Spend approximately 50% of the time on the floor for verification of cycle counts.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in SAP (preferred but can be trained) or other systems.
• Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with root cause corrective action analysis.
• 1+ years of experience in inventory within a manufacturing setting.
• Relevant experience in warehouse/manufacturing (e.g., cycle counts, forklift, shipping/receiving).
• Administrative/data entry role experience is essential.
• Ability to work on the floor for cycle count verification as needed.
Educational Background:
• A degree is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience will be considered.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience with SAP.
• Strong understanding of inventory processes and data entry.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and warehouse operations is beneficial.
