As a Sr Sales Engineer at Honeywell, you will be a driving force behind our organization's success, working closely with customers, sales channels and various departments to ensure the sales and growth of our Honeywell PMC gas products and solutions. You will be accountable for training our customers and sales channels on new products introductions, providing deep technical expertise on existing products and, giving customer feedback to our internal cross- functional teams and fostering strong customer relationships. You will report directly to our Product Linke Business Leader out of Houston as the preferred location, but we can be flexible with the ideal candidate.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify new business opportunities and give input to sales, marketing and technology for new product ideas
  • Provide technical assistance to our sales team and channel partners during sales presentation to help us achieve sales targets
  • Provide technical product training for new and existing products to customers and channel partners, building strong relationships in the process
  • Work with our factories, technology and technical assistance teams to ensure we are aligned and providing the best possible product and services to customers

COMPENSATION
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is 106k-150k. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is 106k-150k. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

This position is incentive plan eligible.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited institution
  • Strong technical background
  • Ability to travel 50% of time
  • Direct interaction with customers

  • Track record of success in sales engineering
