Pay Rate: $18/hour


Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM


Contract Type: Temp-to-Hire

What’s a Day in the Life of an Assistant Bookkeeper?


As an Assistant Bookkeeper, you’ll play a vital role in the company’s accounting processes. Your daily responsibilities will include:


•    Accounts Payable & Receivable: Entering data, processing payments, and managing invoices, all under the guidance of the Accounting Manager.


•    QuickBooks Operations: Running aging reports, making deposits, paying bills, and conducting small audits to ensure smooth operations.


•    Versatility: Assisting with various tasks as needed, including covering for absent employees and offering support across different functions.





What Makes You a Great Fit?


We’re looking for someone who has:


•    2-3 Years of Experience in bookkeeping (required).


•    Intermediate Skills in Excel & QuickBooks, including formula creation and data analysis.


•    A Strong Work Ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
