Customer Care Manager - Dual-Site (Rincon and Savannah) - Military Veterans

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Care Manager to lead our operations across two facilities in Rincon and Savannah. This role is pivotal in enhancing customer satisfaction, driving process improvements, and aligning with our regional customer care strategy. Direct a team of employees in the office department. Manage general office and customer service activities, to include finalizing contracts and onboarding new customers.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee customer care operations, including billing, scheduling, and export processes, for two facilities.
  • Lead the adoption and implementation of Salesforce and Lineage Link platforms.
  • Ensure team training and development for seamless integration of new tools and practices.
  • May work with Operations Manager to ensure information flow with the warehouse is efficient; to include on-time turn for trucks, accurate receipt, and shipment of goods
  • Resolve day-to-day customer service problems including data entry errors, customer complaints, and questions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and satisfaction.
  • Act as a change agent to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. 

Additional Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer care management, preferably in a logistics or supply chain environment.
  • Strong technical skills, including WMS systems, data analysis, and advanced Excel usage. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce, etc.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities with a track record of managing cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable with change management and driving new initiatives.
  • Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
  • Strong conflict management skills, including those involving sensitive and complex matters
  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
