Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Construction Administrator to join our team. This role will support project management teams by handling administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining project documentation. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and invoices.
Maintain and update project schedules and ensure timely communication with all stakeholders.
Serve as the primary liaison between project managers, subcontractors, and clients for administrative matters.
Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, and financial documentation.
Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and distribute follow-up action items.
Monitor compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and project timelines.
Handle general office tasks such as answering calls, managing emails, and maintaining organized files.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in construction management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
2+ years of experience in construction administration or a similar role.
Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills with an acute attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
Knowledge of construction terminology and processes is a plus.
