You will be supporting a national security program for our prestigious client at the highest levels of the government in the heart of our nation's capital.
As an Intelligence Analyst Senior Advisor, you are critical to the organization's mission success. You will provide support to the Intelligence Chief by being the Subject Matter Expert in all-source intelligence. You will be responsible for collating and synthesizing all-source raw (processed) and finished intelligence, developing assessments of the threat to the supply chain of DoD acquisitions and vendors in conjunction to Program mission activities. HOW AN INTELLIGENCE ANALYST SENIOR ADVISOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Analyzing information and assessing the impact on organization equities and plans
- Creating periodic intelligence read-books for staff and senior leaders
- Creating and drafting threat and risk assessments (derived from classified and unclassified information), and providing recommendations based on pertinent information, delivering products orally and in written format to senior government officials
- Providing near real-time information supporting Force Protection
- Conducting other projects as the government requires such as, but not limited to: support to physical and technical security operations, representation of organizational equities to Security Communities of Interest (SCOIs), coordination between partner organization, open source research on events/activities of interest, and other ad hoc taskings
- Traveling in support of organizational operations, exercises, and for partner coordination.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Required Experience: AA/AS (BA/BS preferred) and a minimum of 12 years' experience, preferably 15 years conducting intelligence analysis within the nation intelligence community; at least 3 years' experience having focused on counterintelligence, risk analysis, program protection, special operations, and/or drafting published Finished Intelligence (FINTEL).
- Required Technical Skills: Experience independently creating tailored risk and threat assessments for operation areas, organization, and/or capabilities; experience coordinating with IC elements to gather pertinent information and levy information requirements to fill gaps.
- Required Skills and Abilities: Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Security Clearance Level: Active Top Secret with SCI Eligibility.
- Preferred Skills: Certifications such as PACE, Career Analyst Program (CAP), or Certified DoD All-Source Analyst (CDASA).
- Highly Desired: Prior experience as a government (civilian or military) intelligence analyst serving at DIA, CIA, FBI, or NSA in an Executive Support Office (ESO) or President's Daily Brief (PBD) Staff.

The likely salary range for this position is $121,680 - $161,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
