Part-time Order Entry Specialist (Hybrid) - Military Veterans

AppleOne is proud to present:
A medical technology company located in Goleta, CA is looking for a Temporary Part-time Order Entry Specialist to join their team! The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer support for product order entries, and answer customer inquiries over the phone and through email correspondence.

Pay: $18-$23/hr
Schedule: M-F, 7am-2pm – schedule may vary on some days; 25-30 hrs/week, may work up to 40 hrs/week as needed.
Duration: TEMP - 6 months, could go longer
Location: Opportunity to work remote. However, employee must be within commutable distance to the corporate office located in Goleta, CA to participate in on-site training and team/company meetings.

Job Duties:
-Answer inbound calls from customers wishing to place recurring product orders.
-Respond to email inquiries regarding recurring product orders.
-Process orders submitted via email from customers.
-Provide general service support to inquiries from customers.
-Provide support to the Sales Team as needed.

Qualifications:
-Prior experience handling a high-volume of inbound/outbound calls in a professional manner.
-Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
-Proficiency with order entry and CRM systems.
-Experience with “Live Chat” customer inquiries.
