Job Title: Senior Data Analyst - Supply Chain

Location: Ridgefield, CT - Hybrid, must be within the CT, NJ, NY area

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our Supply Chain team. The ideal candidate will have experience within the food distribution supply chain , understand the needs and complexities of the business and be able to translate those into data driven solutions . These solutions include business process management programing, SQL coding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work through inconsistent data sets . This role involves coordinating data integration projects, supporting citizen development initiatives, and working under tight deadlines with minimal direction.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities within Supply Chain to improve data processes and workflows.

Implement best practices for data management and analysis.

Supply Chain Data Analysis , Reporting & Support :

Business Process Management, workflow automation programing as a citizen developer.

Analyze large, complex, and inconsistent data sets to extract meaningful insights.

Develop and maintain SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation.

Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.

Provide training and support to non-technical staff on processes created.

Data Integration:

Coordinate data integration efforts between various systems and platforms.

Ensure data consistency and integrity across multiple databases and data sources.

Project Coordination:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions.

Qualifications:

Education/ Experience:

Bachelor's degree from an accredit four-year college or university preferred.

3-7 years of experience in data analysis , supply chain or a related role.

Previous food service distribution experience preferred .

Advanced Computer Skills (Excel, ERP System, SQL, Agile Point, Access, Etc . ) and highly comfortable with technology.

Skills:

Team player with a positive attitude.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Knowledge of data integration techniques and tools.

Sense of urgency and be able to excel in a fast-paced environment.
