responsibilities:
- Assign technicians to optimize efficiency
- Provide troubleshooting assistance and technical guidance to field technicians
- Resolve complex HVAC issues
- Collect system details and data
- Documentation of Engineering projects
- Ensure technicians are equipped with necessary tools, parts, and materials, managing inventory
- Quality Assurance
