Compensation: $20-$22/hr base, plus commission

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for an energetic professional with a passion for sales and customer service. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, nurturing leads, and closing sales—all from the convenience of our showroom. With leads provided, your primary focus will be on building strong relationships and driving sales growth. This position offers a competitive base salary plus commission, presenting an excellent opportunity for professional and financial growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Follow up on provided leads via phone, email, and in-person interactions within the showroom.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate lighting solutions.
Prepare quotes, close sales, and process orders efficiently.
Stay informed about our full product line and industry trends to provide expert advice.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Collaborate with the showroom and warehouse teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Assist in maintaining showroom displays and inventory as needed.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide exceptional post-sale support.

Requirements:
Proven sales experience, preferably in an inside sales or B2B role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
Basic knowledge of lighting products or a willingness to learn.
Proficiency with computers and sales software (experience with CRM systems is a plus).
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
